Starting with just a few looms and a dream, Mr. Gahlot’s unwavering dedication to quality enabled the small venture to flourish. His success wasn’t just personal; he empowered his community by providing livelihoods for local villagers through the creation of exquisite, handmade rugs and carpets. This commitment to craftsmanship and community has been the foundation of Rugzcraft.
The journey didn’t stop with Shambhu Singh. In 2019, his son, Mr. Ravindra Singh Gahlot, joined the family business, bringing a fresh vision and ambition to expand Rugzcraft’s reach to a global audience. With a deep respect for his father’s legacy and a passion for innovation, Ravindra aimed to merge traditional craftsmanship with modern business strategies. Under his leadership, Rugzcraft has embraced sustainability and eco-conscious production methods, elevating the brand on the international stage while maintaining the soul of handcrafted excellence.
Today, Rugzcraft is a name synonymous with the timeless art of handcrafted rugs, where each piece reflects a deep connection to tradition, skill, and artistry. Our collection spans a wide range of materials, from cotton and jute to wool-jute blends, and showcases the beauty of diverse weaving techniques. These intricate designs are brought to life by over 300 skilled artisans, mostly from rural backgrounds, who take pride in transforming each rug into a masterpiece.
